i HAVE A FAULTY BRAND NEW UNIT, DESPITE A NUMBER OF EMAILS ASKING HOW AND WHERE TO SEND THE FAULTY UNIT BACK TOO  NO ONE IS RESPONDING WITH THE INFORMATION NEEDED.

BEFORE I AM FORCED TO LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THRU YOUR EBAY SITE CAN SOMEONE PLEASE DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE

Hi,

I have bought a TD626ABD from your Xtrons.co.uk web page along with other items. Order number 400004045. The TD626ABD head unit is faulty and will NOT WORK at all, nothing, dead. I have sent a number of emails asking for a return address for the faulty unit and have received nothing. Could you advise how I get a return address so that I can return the item and receive a refund for the head unit only. I have sent a number of emails to techsupport@xtrons.com and the email contact on the xtrons uk web page, with no response. This item cost me a lot of money and I would like this issue resolved please.

Hi Steven,

before you return the item back to us, can you please reset the unit by pressing the RES icon, if it is still failed, please confirm back if it is stuck in boot up logo or just black screen, nothing on it.
