Hello, my kid flashed something cartoon to the BIOS of my headrest player. I Need the file with the firmware to restore it.
Someone Can tell me where i can found It ti download? Really thanks. Hope someone reply me soon. Thanks.

Hi,

please press the Menu button till the screen shows RESET, reset it and the headrest will reinstate to the factory setting.

I think the headrest i bricked. 
I try your method, but when i click on in the headrest, the screen is only black. nothing happen, still black.

I tryed to insert again the usbkey that damagr the headrest to see if it take the update again, but nothing, i think it is a wonderful brick. 

Can i do something? can i dump and replace firmware inside? can you tell me where is stored the firmware?
Can i receive a eeprom to replace to the old one?
I want to try to repair, if you can help me with necessary.
i pay for the ship.
i have to trash the headrest???

Anyway, it is too easy to broke the headrest, it is very bad what happened.

i am afraid there should be the unit faulty, please contact your direct reseller to have it returned for inspect and repair.
